Checked my mail inbox and found out so many forwarded messages. Tapi, x bukak lagi sebab malas =D Tapi saya tertarik dengan nama yang tertulis pada column receiver tu. Guess what...my friend save nama saya dengan salah...hehe.

Emm..since this is not the first time so tak kisah sangat. Dari sekolah rendah kawan2 memang ada masalah nak eja nama saya. Pelik sangat ke ejaan nama saya...saya pun x pasti...

Sebenarnya, saya bukanlah particular sangat pasal ejaan tapi kengkadang you just feel that it's not you. Like when you see your name are wrongly printed, takde rasa emotional attachment kat situ...cewah. Tak de rase belonging la. Kire, if you want to claim that it is not your name pun bley je rasanya. Tapi xla sampai macamtu....hehe

Kat sini, masalah salah sebutan tu biase sgt la berlaku. Lidah orang putih kan...suke benar nak menggodam2 nama kite. Iffah disebut Iffy/Eva, Ida disebut Aida, Syal disebut Sial, Firdaus disebut Firdus. For me, kadang2 rasa comel, kadang2 rasa kelakar, kadang2 rasa annoying la jugak especially bile kena panggil Amron..heh. Tapi, nak buat camne, cara dorg pronounce mmg a bit different dgn kite kan. Tu pasal kalau ade orang balik mesia tetiba tukar nama jadi Iffy ke Izzy ke...janganlah terus mengata atau melatah. Mesti ade history tu..hehehe.

Tapi, jangan risau...insyaAllah, saya masih suke nama yang abah saya bagi.Walaupun, dulu2 saya fikir kenapa abah kasi saya nama camtu, tapi sekarang I am proud of it sebab saya rasa nama saya unik. Kebarangkalian untuk sama dengan orang lain sangat rendah so xde la orang konfius Amrien yang mana unless memang tak pernah kenal saya. Tapi, saya lebih suke sebutan cara Melayu atau Arab daripada sebutan orang putih yang buat lidah ku tergeliat...huhu.

Fakta tentang nama saya:

(1) Orang selalu ingat Amrien adalah seorang lelaki. Oh, saya sudah terbiasa dengan situasi ini dari sekolah rendah lagi. Ibu-ibu kawan saya selalu musykil kalau anak dorg bersahabat dengan seorang lelaki bile dorg mention nama saya ;)

(2) Nama saya dengan abang saya hampir serupa. Nama abang saya Amreel. Masalah selalu berlaku dalam situasi phone conversation. Selalu ahli keluarga confuse sama ada pemanggil nak bercakap dengan saya atau abang. Beberapa kali pernah tersilap orang. Salah satu langkah untuk clarifykan nama was dengan tanya orang tu..."emm....nak cakap dengan lelaki ke perempuan?". Memang pelik je bunyi soklan tu kan tapi kawan2 saya dah sedia maklum dengan keadaan ni and ada yang ambil langkah bijak dengan guna nama "Ina / Amriena" pada awal conversation :)

(3) Ramai sedara-mara yang tak tahu pun nama sebenar saya Amrien. Even adik2 sepupu saya pun xtau. Saya ingat lagi dorg pernah tanya saya..."siapa Amrien?". Then saya dengan senyum sinisnya pun claim nama sendiri. I have no idea what they think my real name is. Zalina? Rina? Haha...I couldn't imagine myself.

(4) Ustazah saya pernah tersilap hantar SMS ke abang saya kerana disangkanya saya. Nombor telefon tu die dapat from kad jemputan kahwin seorang lagi abang. Bila saya jumpa ustazah masa cuti tu, barulah dia tahu sebab sebenar kenapa SMSnya tidak berbalas...hehe...macam2.

Hmm...sebenarnya saya nak tulis sikit je sebab nak kasi blog ni berupdate. Tetiba banyak plak idea datang...hehe. Apapepun, selamat berpuasa dan selamat berbuka semua =)

hmmm...it has been a long time since the first time i thought of posting this entry...
but, it was just recently that i managed to carry out some surveys among my friends...
and...below is the report for the study...

statement of the problem:
i am confused for who i am...
ppl say that we don't really know and understand ourself...
yet, our friends are the best mirror...

purpose of the study:
to know what kind of person i am from ppl's perspectives...

limitation of the study:
since this question involve ppl's heart, i'm not pretty sure with their answers...
some may tend to exaggerate, some may tend to "jaga hati", some may tend to "x sampai hati nak tulis my weakness"...
therefore, the results from this study are not to be generalized as no measures are taken to determine the reliability of the answers...

so, just wanna check what i usually do in such situation...

(1)stay quiet...i just have to give myself some time to cool down n regain the mood...huhu...please note that the definition of "some time" may differ according to situation...hihi

(2)listen to sentimental song n sometimes catchy song...nasyid pun best gak utk dilayan...depends la...songs can remotivate me...

(3)mengemas...be it kemas buku, kemas rumah, cuci tiolet, etc...
i'm fond of doing such things...no matter the place is dirty/messy or even clean...i just do it...just for my pleasure...

(4)sleep...sometimes, sleep can be the fastest way of forgetting your bad mood...fastest here depends on how long you sleep...if you sleep for one whole day...bknla fastest namenye...huhu

(5)blogging...but this is my new-developed-habit...so, don't really know the effectiveness of this activity to overcome such situation...blom try...

(6)crying...huhu...i do like crying but not all situations require you to cry...so, don't be stupid to cry all the time...but sometimes, crying can makes you feel better...(i don't like to cry in front of others...for how many times you ever see me crying in front of you...you surely don't know how many times i cry inside...huhu...poyoness again)

(7)membebel...hmm, this is the habit that i now learn to slowly throw it out from my dictionary of life...buat penat je...bersabar lagi berfaedah...

(8)ishtighfar...i bet you, this is the best way...the simplest n the coolest way of doing it...just try...if you find it didn't work for you, then ambil wuduk...insyaAllah...

(9)kembali kepada Tuhan...remember, in anything you do, it's God who holds your heart...so, don't panic...just sit and recite a prayer...hoping for His guidance..."ala bizikrillahi tatma'innal qulub"..."dan hanya dengan mengingati Allah akan tenang hatimu"...recite al-quran...solat sunat...Islam is beautiful...it's the way of life...

(10)think positive...if some ppl hurt your feelings...just reflect if you ever done the same thing to someone else...then only you can try to forgive n forget...(though i can't really practise it everytime...after all...i'm not that good...like an angle...perfect is not me)...
